We were finally able to celebrate our first vacation since graduating pharmacy school in the fine state of California! We also lucked out when Grandma offered to watch Bryce for the 5 days we were gone, so we were actually able to enjoy our vacation! We spent a week going to the beach in La Jolla, Seaworld, Disneyland, seeing more cars worth 100k than we have ever seen before, enjoying that yummy sea breeze air.....if California weren't California it would be such a wonderful place to live, you know?
Straight off the plane in San Diego. First stop? Airport lobby to buy BYU tickets on our Iphone! We have our priorities you know...
Alan stressed out....he didn't get the tickets he wanted! Don't worry though. He already has 3 season tickets to get him by.
Second stop. The beach. Our (all of us) first time actually being in the ocean. It was awesome!
Loved being in the waves! I had to hang on tight. The boys would have been sucked out to sea if I hadn't.

We went to Sea World the second day. We went to the cool Shamu show there and sat near the front row and got soaked. We saw lots of cool stuff there. Dolphins, polar bears, walrus, manatees, lots of fish. There were also lots of fun little rides there that the boys enjoyed.
