Going on around here lately

Summer has been treating us well. Did anyone else LOVE the cool weather in June?

Caden

and Cole started swimming lessons at the end of June just as it was starting to warm up. They both did great, love the water, and moved up to the next level.

Caden continued to play baseball. During his first game he hit the ball on the first try, BUT forgot which way to run and ran to third instead of first. It gave everyone there a good chuckle and he was such a good sport about it and laughed at himself. He is a great little hitter and loved making new friends during the season.

We went to an awesome dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point. They had tons of amazing fossils and lots of fun things to keep the little ones from getting bored.

The boys digging for dinosaur bones.

We went to the Hill Air Force air show. While it was neat to go and see the planes, the place was packed with over 250,000 people. Needless to say, we felt a little claustrophobic and didn't stay long.

Geez! Could their be a sexier dad?

Bryce was only interested in me at the air show! What's new?

We were lucky enough to get to go to Idaho for the 4th of July. We stayed with the Parkinson, had a yummy bbq, and watched Grandpa's spectacular (although very dangerous at points) fireworks display!

Cole slept the whole way to Idaho with Bryce kicking his head. It was hilarious that he slept right through it.

At a piece a history was made...Bryce had his first 4-wheeler ride with Grandpa!
